At DVC Consultants, we have created a new Innovation Acceleration Process (GIAP) called the Gorilla.Leveraging lateral thinking with generative AI and disruptive technologies, we have created a groundbreaking innovation. By encouraging a non-linear approach, lateral thinking enables the exploration of diverse ideas. Generative AI, with its ability to create novel content, can aid in generating unique solutions.The Gorilla Innovation Acceleration Process is named after the gorilla to symbolise strength, adaptability, and collective intelligence. Much like a gorilla navigating through the complexities of a jungle, this process involves navigating through the diverse landscape of ideas, leveraging the strength of generative AI, discovering disruptive technologies, and adapting to evolving challenges.
